  QuickBooks Error Code 6190

  I was not able to access the company file on the multi-user network, so I ran QuickBooks File Doctor and QuickBooks Install Diagnostic tool. However, rather than fixing the issue, it triggered QuickBooks error 6190. Is there an expert who can help me troubleshoot the error?

    “You’ll get error codes -6190 and -816 when another user is logged in to the company file in a single user mode.”
