We tested ProoHub short-term and paid special attention to the initial experience of navigating the application, general appearance and comprehension. The application has sample projects so that you can see the real capabilities instead of staring at a bare screen. Getting started with onboarding will be easy overall — but as with all software, you should budget time for learning.

With ProofHub board view, you can create customizable workflows with kanban boards. Its drag-and-drop capability allows you to move tasks across the board freely to change their status. Its advanced filtering capability lets users filter tasks by stages, labels and due dates. ProofHub also has a calendar view, which allows you to view events, tasks and milestones.

Admins will also be able to organize teams by creating different groups and adding specific users to them. For safety, you can also go as far as to restrict access to approved IP addresses, so outsiders can’t access your data. Overall, ProofHub is simple to get started with. They offer an array of features, but the setup is fairly smooth if paced. As soon as you start, it begins a built-in tutorial on how to use the user interface. The UI is sleek and modern, but not bare. It has a lot of elements, but it shows more as you hover while running fast and responsive.

Navigating between buttons and actions, and testing out work views was very intuitive. Creating projects and switching work views also proved to come naturally. They include more built-in tutorials for learning their Gantt charts, calendars, notes, file uploads and timesheets.

When it comes to customer service, there are limited direct support options and no dedicated support, like assigned customer service managers.

Help and support center

In the help center, you can find resources for getting started, FAQs, video tutorials and articles for using the software. Their user documentation covers all sorts of features like chat, reports, time management and work views.

In the help center, those in the Essentials plan can use the email address available or submit a contact form to talk to the support team. Aside from that, there are only self-service options in the help center.

Priority support
